Physical therapist and the only clinical specialist in Bulgaria for LSVT BIG ®
My name is Vera Velinova and I am a physical therapist,
with great love and passion for movement. I graduated in 2010 from the Medical University, Sofia, majoring in "Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy". I am certified in the specialized program for physical therapy for patients with Parkinson's disease in the USA - LSVT BIG ® at LSVT Global and its continuation for additional individual or group courses LSVT BIG for LIFE ® .
My sincere desire is to help more people with this disease to stay active and not give up movement, because it, in combination with their standard therapy, is their medicine!
I also dedicate this site to the man who inspired me because his courage, strength and love taught me to dream and believe that nothing is impossible.

LSVT BIG and BIG for LIFE
LSVT BIG is an individual physical therapy that is performed for 4 consecutive weeks, on 4 consecutive days lasting 1 hour. The goal of the therapy is to improve motor activity, coordination, balance and preserve as much as possible the activities of daily life of people affected by Parkinson's.
LSVT BIG for LIFE is offered both individually and as group training two to three times a week.
BIG for LIFE exercise classes are designed to be fun, challenging and to maintain motor goals achieved after LSVT BIG.
