What is Ultreia?
Ultreia is the most common phrase on the Camino de Santiago. An 800 km pilgrimage route located in northern Spain that is walked for about a month. The road is long and quite difficult in places, especially with a 10 kg backpack on your back, but even at times when you want to give up, you meet a pedestrian who cheerfully throws out "Ultreia!" Keep going!"
I created the website Ultraa with the idea to support and inspire people with Parkinson's disease to exercise, take care of themselves and not give up, keep going! This is where I offer specialized physical movement therapy LSVT BIG ®, aimed at improving motor activity, balance and gait. Extremely effective and popular in the US and Germany, and for all the publications I could find related to diet, early disease diagnosis and current research.
